All orders over USD$100.00 are shipped FREE worldwide. Orders under this value incurr a shipping cost of USD$12.95

Delivery times and shipping information

All orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day at the latest. Delivery times vary, but most deliveries are completed within 2-5 business days. We use DHL Express. TNT or Fedex for all shipments. Every shipment is fully tracked and you are provided with the tracking details as soon as it has shipped so you can track it yourself. Which shipping company we will use will depend on your location. North America is usually Fedex, most other locations, eg UK, Europe, Middle East & Asia are usually (but not always) DHL Express or TNT. Applicable country taxes may apply to your shipment, if so, these will need to be paid by you.

Why are your eyeglasses so cheap?

Firstly, GlassesConnection.com is associated with low prices but not low quality! The eyeglasses we supply are manufactured in countries like China where manufacturing costs are low. We buy huge quantities of glasses which ensures our own buying prices are as low as it is possible to achieve. By supplying you direct, we cut out several layers of distribution that usually exists in the supply chain. Added to this, we are genuinely not greedy and don’t load our margins. Lastly by running efficient processes and keeping our overheads down, this enables us to pass on savings we achieve to you,our customer in the form of lower priced glasses!

Do you supply free samples?

No we don't. Instead we have a 365 Day, Full Money Back 100% Satisfaction Guarantee where you can order all the glasses you want, and if you find them not quite what you wanted, you can return them for a FULL REFUND anytime within 365 days! Our business is all about sales and if you aren't selling glasses, then neither are we. We would much prefer you return slow selling glasses and replace them with better selling styles as this increases your sales.... and ours at the same time! Of course if you buy glasses from us and you decide you dont want them and neither do you want to replace them with something else, that's totally fine too. We provide a full refund, no questions asked. Return shippng must be paid by you, however you can return them to our nearest office location to you which will save you on return shipping costs.

Faulty product?

To make it easy for both you and us, if you have a faulty product (this includes if your customer reports a faulty product), in the first instance we will issue you a credit for its full value and NOT replace it. However if you prefer, or in the situation where you have a customer that wants the same glasses supplied, we will supply you a replacement at no cost including shipping. If the particular style is no longer available, we will issue you a refund only. We do not stock or supply ANY spare parts for any of the eyeglasses we sell. Our returns policy

As all glasses supplied by us have a 365 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, there’s nothing more to say about returns! If you don’t like your glasses for any reason you can return them within 365 days for a full refund. To process a return of glasses email us at sales@glassesconnection.com

How to order your glasses

1) Before you place an order for glasses, please be aware that we supply EXCLUSIVELY to Opticians and Eyecare Practitioners. All accounts are personally verified by one of your staff to ensure this policy is strictly adherred to.

2) Create an account. Very easy to do. Please note, before your first order is shipped your account details will be verified. It may slow down the order processing time slightly on your first order (an extra day at the most) A good idea is to create your account a day or two before you order as this will ensure your account is verified quicker.

3) Select your frames. The easiest way is to use the search tools on the left. You can also take advantage of the Wish List function to assist you.

4) Add your chosen products to the shopping cart. You can do this individually or by ordering a saved Wish List selection.

5) Checkout and payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex though our secure third party payment provider.

6) You’re done! You'll receive a confirmation email and your account status online will be updated. In a few days your chosen eyeglasses will be delivered to you – increasing your business profits and sales. Easy!
